Custom Mural Proposal for
Savvy Advisors

OVERVIEW

Taylor Made Murals proposes the following creative enhancements for the new Savvy Advisor's office in Lakewood, Colorado, including custom-painted logo walls in the entry/main room and the conference room.

INTERIOR MURALS

The wall mural features the company name "Savvy" in white, overlaid on the company logo rendered in high-gloss black.

This mock-up serves as a foundational guide for the layout and overall color scheme. While it is a digital rendering, it will be used as a reference and brought to life as a hand-painted logo wall.

Dimensions:

Wall #1 = 9'3'' x 9'9'' (90.19 sq. ft.)
Wall #2 = 12'2'' x 9'9'' (118.63 sq. ft.)

Estimated Time of Completion: 2-3 days.

PRICING ESTIMATES

Logo & Lettering = $1000/wall

$2000 total

Lettering only = $750/wall

$1500 total

Tax not included; may apply based on location

If the logo cannot be used, only the word "Savvy" can be painted in white and price adjusted accordingly.

(1) Price includes the cost of all necessary supplies.

(2) Price includes up to 2 design edits/changes prior to start date.
(3) 100% of the payment will be due at the completion of the project

(4) If additions or changes are requested that fall outside of the finalized scope of the project, new design fees may apply.
(5) Such fees will be discussed and approved prior to implementation. The new charges will be added to the final invoice and due upon completion.
(6) Although the artist reserves the right to extend the project length, any changes in the estimated time of completion will be discussed with the client.

(7) The project will begin once the contract has been signed by both the client and artist.
